Attorney - Client Agreement


Michael E. Byczek ("Attorney"), licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois, shall provide the following intellectual property legal services for the Client listed below.

1. Draft and prepare the individual components of the application. Michael works with the client to accurately describe the technical details of the invention to satisfy all disclosure requirements while protecting against infringement.

The cost for these services is $100, which is a flat non-refundable fee.

Services shall commence once payment is received and this contract has been electronically signed.
