Attorney - Client Agreement


Michael E. Byczek ("Attorney"), licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois, shall provide the following intellectual property legal services for the Client listed below.

1. Client's idea is analyzed relative to other applications that have already been approved by the USPTO. This provides an initial assessment of how to describe the invention. Review the technical details to determine how to draft claims that offer the best protection against infringement. This includes a standard set of 20 or fewer claims.

The cost for these services is $200, which is a flat non-refundable fee.

Services shall commence once payment is received and this contract has been electronically signed.

Print a copy of this agreement after entering your information. The agreement is not signed until you click the submit button, which will send an online copy to the attorney.
