Attorney - Client Agreement


Michael E. Byczek ("Attorney"), licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois, shall provide the following intellectual property legal services for the Client listed below.

1.This option provides everything necessary to submit an application to the USPTO on client's own behalf. Michael will act as a legal coach during the application process. Client will receive (1) a detailed search report with comparisons of existing patents to the invention, (2) four technical drawings that comply with USPTO guidelines (each additional drawing is $50), (3) standard set of 20 claims, and (4) organization of the application requirements.

The cost for these services is $500, which is a flat non-refundable fee.

Services shall commence once payment is received and this contract has been electronically signed.
