Attorney - Client Agreement


Michael E. Byczek ("Attorney"), licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois, shall provide the following intellectual property legal services for the Client listed below.

1. The patent infringement search report will include what keywords were used and what websites were searched for possible infringement of client's invention. If potential cases are located, the report will include an opinion as to an infringement lawsuit.

The cost for these services is $200, which is a flat non-refundable fee.

Services shall commence once payment is received and this contract has been electronically signed.
