Attorney - Client Agreement


Michael E. Byczek ("Attorney"), licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois, shall provide the following intellectual property legal services for the Client listed below.

1. A preliminary review of an invention to provide advice about pursing the next step. The goals are to (1) narrow down the potential class/subclass combinations for a more detailed search, (2) find five patents that are similar to client's idea, and (3) use these results to evaluate the probability that the USPTO will grant a patent. The review determines the most likely number and content of drawings, claims, and application requirements.

The cost for these services is $50, which is a flat non-refundable fee.

Services shall commence once payment is received and this contract has been electronically signed.
