Attorney - Client Agreement


Michael E. Byczek ("Attorney"), licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois, shall provide the following intellectual property legal services for the Client listed below.

1. Prepare and submit the entire trademark application on client's behalf. This includes an initial search of existing trademarks and Internet search engines, drawing of the mark, compilation of business specimens, and application requirements.

The cost for these services is $374, which is a flat non-refundable fee.

Services shall commence once payment is received and this contract has been electronically signed.

Print a copy of this agreement after entering your information. The agreement is not signed until you click the submit button, which will send an online copy to the attorney.
