Attorney - Client Agreement


Michael E. Byczek ("Attorney"), licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois, shall provide the following intellectual property legal services for the Client listed below.

1. An Internet search for companies that are using client's trademark or a name that is confusingly similar, products that are imitations or counterfeits, copies of the logo, and other unauthorized activity. The search report includes what keywords were used and what websites were searched. Based upon the results, an opinion is included as to whether an infringement lawsuit will be successful.

The cost for these services is $175, which is a flat non-refundable fee.

Services shall commence once payment is received and this contract has been electronically signed.
