Attorney - Client Agreement


Michael E. Byczek ("Attorney"), licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois, shall provide the following intellectual property legal services for the Client listed below.

1. A detailed Internet search to determine whether client's proposed trademark can be registered. This includes a search of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office records for similar registrations and Internet search engines. The search also includes online phone books, magazines, trade publications, domain names, business licenses, and catalogs (if relevant).

The cost for these services is $150, which is a flat non-refundable fee.

Services shall commence once payment is received and this contract has been electronically signed.

Print a copy of this agreement after entering your information. The agreement is not signed until you click the submit button, which will send an online copy to the attorney.
